CAN MY PET AND I TAKE A TOUR OF PAWS & PLAY?

Absolutely! We’d love the opportunity for you to meet our passionate team and see our 12,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art facility. In fact, a tour is a great way to let your pet get acquainted with the new sights, scents and staff prior to staying with us. Your pet won’t want to leave!

WHAT VACCINATIONS DOES MY PET NEED TO STAY AT PAWS & PLAY?

The following vaccinations are required prior to receiving services at our facility:
 
Rabies - once every three years
DHLPP - once every year
Bordetella - once every year
 
Effective August 1st, 2017 all pets receiving services at Paws & Play must be up-to-date on BOTH H3N2 & H3N8 canine influenza vaccines.
 
Pets attending Daycare must also have a clean fecal exam every 6 months. Please have your veterinarian email us your pet(s) proof of vaccination or bring a copy with you at check-in.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION? ARE THEY REQUIRED?

Reservations for Boarding and Daycare can be made online or by calling us at 407.656.PLAY (407.656.7529). A member of our team will ask you several questions about your pet(s) so we can best serve them while they stay with us. Reservations are not required but we strongly recommend them!

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Paws & Play recommends that you bring your pet’s normal food in order to prevent upset stomachs. Forget to bring food? Don’t worry! Paws & Play will provide quality dog food for a nominal fee.

CAN I BRING MY PET'S FAVORITE TOY, BED OR BLANKET?

To help ensure Paws & Play remains a flea and tick-free resort, we kindly ask you to leave blankets and bedding at home and limit toys to one or two. We provide high-quality bedding and lots of fun things to play with at no additional charge!

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR MY PET?

For their own welfare, the youngest age Paws & Play will accept is a 12-week-old puppy that has received a full set of the required vaccinations. Elderly pets must be mobile and in good health with bladder and bowl control.

DOES PAWS & PLAY HAVE ANY BREED OR SIZE RESTRICTIONS?

No, Paws & Play does not discriminate against any breeds! However, for the safety of Paws & Play and our guests we do not accept people-aggressive pets. Please contact us if you have any concerns about how your pet will react during their stay.

DOES PAWS & PLAY ALLOW PETS WHO ARE NOT SPAYED OR NEUTERED?

Yes, Paws & Play accepts intact pets for Boarding and Daycare. However, these pets will receive one-on-one playtimes with a member or our staff and other pets from their family. Currently, we do not accept pets in heat.

WHAT DOES MY PET DO ALL DAY?

At Paws & Play, it really is all about the play! Your pet will be very active during their stay; enjoying multiple group play sessions based off of compatible sizes and temperament in our temperature-controlled 3,000 sq ft indoor play area, outdoor walks with our friendly and passionate staff and relaxing in their spacious suites. All that play can make a pet thirsty which is why all suites have automatic dog waterers providing fresh, clean water all day! Your pet may be tired after their vacation at Paws & Play!

CAN MY PETS STAY TOGETHER?

Of course! Paws & Play offers discounts for each additional pet. For the safety and comfort of our guests, only pets from the same household may share a suite.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Lobby hours are:
Monday through Friday  7:30am to 6:00pm.
Saturday   9:00am to 5:00pm.
Sunday   10:00am to 2:00pm or by appointment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PET GETS SICK?

Paws & Play will contact you immediately should your pet become ill during his or her stay with us. If medical attention is desired or in the unlikely case of an emergency, we can direct you to one of the many nearby animal hospitals for treatment. Your pet is in good hands.

MY PET HAS FOOD AND MEDICATION THAT NEEDS TO BE REFRIGERATED. CAN YOU ACCOMADATE THIS?

Yes, Paws & Play has several refrigeration areas for storing food and medication for guests with special health or dietary needs. We can also heat your pet’s food if required.

CAN PAWS & PLAY ADMINISTER MEDICATIONS?

Yes, for a nominal fee medications (excluding insulin) will be administered by one of Paws & Play’s highly skilled team members.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR MY PET TO STAY AT PAWS & PLAY?

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

Paws & Play does not ask for a deposit! Please give us a courtesy call if you no longer need your reservation so we can accommodate other guests. Avoid a $50 cancellation charge...Paws & Play does require a 72-hour cancellation notice during the holidays.
